The RC10B6.4 Team Kit by Team Associated aims to enhance jumping and landing capabilities, improve the steering for optimal performance, and increase cornering ability on high-grip carpet and clay tracks. This kit is designed to cater to specific surfaces, following the trend set by AE. It features advanced 13mm big-bore shocks and springs for superior dampening and stability, reducing pressure inside the shock and minimizing the impact of the shaft displacement. This creates a smooth, cloud-like ride over rough terrain. The chassis, front end, and steering are optimized for reduced caster and kickup, which excels on high-speed, high-grip surfaces. The updated steering system with adjustable height bellcranks allows for minimal bump steer, while the front suspension has -1mm kingpin offset steering and caster blocks for consistent, predictable handling. The innovative -1mm design moves the steering pivot closer to the center of the front tire, keeping the front end level throughout the steering motion.

Both carpet and dirt cars share many great features, such as an easy-access rear differential, wide pivot rear aluminum arm mounts for use with 73mm arms and 69mm CVA bones, and updated carbon fiber shock towers with molded protective covers. The setups and tuning parts remain interchangeable between the two configurations. Both versions come with the speed, durability and lineage expected of a true champion.
