This Construction Series amphibious product depicts the catchy motion of a penguin. On the ground, the model moves forward by moving wheels in tandem with legs, and in the water, the model swims by moving flippers.

Features:
- The link mechanism converts the rotation of the submarine motor into the motion of legs and flippers.
- On the ground, the model stands on three wheels - side wheels on the legs and a front center wheel on its lower abdomen – on the ground and moves forward by swinging the body.
- In the water, the model swims and gets the head out of water by the float on its neck.
