To commemorate the Tamiya Mini 4WD Asia Challenge 2025 (TMAC) which is planned in Taiwan in early summer 2025, this limited-edition release depicts Tamiya's popular Item 18620 Thunder Shot Mk.II. It features a different color body (light smoke), MS chassis (light gray) with component parts (green), newly designed clear stickers and new packaging, which makes the car stand out!
Includes:
- Type 130 motor. The model features a 3.5:1 gear ratio.

- Two AA batteries (sold separately).
Features:
- The MS chassis and A parts are molded in light gray and green plastic, respectively.
- The popular Thunder Shot Mk.II body is molded in light smoke plastic.
- Gloss-green plated, fin-type wheels are paired with black super hard low-profile tires which have "TAMIYA MINI 4WD / ASIA CHALLENGE / SUPER HARD" lettering print in white.
- Clear stickers feature a modern design which has Asia Challenge lettering and its year.
